Our way of working
We started this company because too many garage door visits ended with a homeowner nodding along to an explanation they did not follow. Our approach is the opposite. When a technician arrives, the first job is to look at the whole door, not just the part that made the noise, and the second is to explain what was found in ordinary words.
You see the worn spring, the frayed cable or the tired gear before anything is replaced. Then the options are laid out side by side and the decision is yours. The work itself is done carefully, with proper tools and stands, and the garage is left as tidy as we found it.
Honest advice, steady hands.
Noise is usually the first complaint and the easiest to trace. Steel rollers rumbling, hinges squeaking, a chain slapping the rail, panels rattling against loose hardware. We go through the door from top to bottom, tighten and lubricate what needs it, and replace the rollers or hinges that have simply worn out. Most doors go quiet again.
